Create your WorkForm account and first workspace

Before you begin

WorkForm Studio is where your team builds forms, reviews responses, connects integrations, and manages billing. You only need an email address to start, and the free plan does not require a credit card.

If your company already uses WorkForm, ask an owner or admin for an invitation. Invitation links open a dedicated acceptance page and place you inside the correct workspace after sign-in.

Create the account

1. Open the WorkForm website and choose Start free.
2. Enter your name, work email, and password on the registration screen.
3. Confirm your email if prompted by your workspace settings.
4. Choose the workspace name your team should see in Studio.
5. Finish onboarding to land on the workspace overview.

Set up the workspace

Use a clear workspace name, usually your company or department name. The workspace slug becomes part of your Studio URL, so choose something recognizable and stable.

After onboarding, check the left sidebar. Overview, Forms, Contacts, Analytics, Integrations, Custom Domain, and Settings are the main areas your team will use day to day.

Common setup questions

• Use one workspace for one brand, business unit, or client environment.
• Create another workspace when billing, domains, team access, or data ownership should be separate.
• Invite teammates from Settings > Team after you choose a paid plan that includes team expansion.
• Add brand colors and remove WorkForm branding from Settings > Branding when your plan allows it.
